We also provide rental and leasing services separate from our property management services. If all you need is help renting out your unit(s), our experienced staff can get it done right. We provide the following services, as needed:

Property Inspection and Market Assessment

  • Surveying the market to determine and recommend rental rates
  • Inspecting your property before listing, and making recommendations to help maximize rental rates
  • You set the rental rate
  • You set all related rental terms. Duration, pets, smoking, etc.

 Marketing and Advertising

  • Creating and implementing aggressive marketing and advertising strategies for your property at no additional charge
  • Including, but not limited to For Rent signs and advertising

Tenant Showings, Application Processing and Background Checks

  • Showing your property (usually on a daily basis) to prospective and qualified tenants
  • Ensuring all credit applications are completely filled out for every adult applicant as well as compiling and copying all relevant personal documentation
  • Running a credit, background, and unlawful detainer (eviction) check at no charge to you
  • Communicating all credit, background, and unlawful detainer checks and proposed lease terms to you before any decisions are made
  • Drafting and executing the lease/tenant-at-will agreement between you and your new tenant.

Deposit Collection and Key Transfer

  • Collecting all monies in certified funds prior to giving any individual possession of your property
