Kerfuffle has released the first CRM guide for estate and letting agents.
Alto unsurprisingly takes top spot in terms of market share, given ZPG’s collection of CRM systems over the years, their flagship product has clearly benefitted from upgrades from the different acquisitions its made.
The company adds that there is ‘an eclectic mix of tried and tested solutions’ like Veco, Agent OS, Reapit and Dez Rez some of which are hitting almost three decades of development and delivering for thousands of clients.
Another one to watch, according to Kerfuffle, is I Am Property, following its acquisition of VTUK.
Simon Whale, head of Kerfuffle, commented “We’re delighted to release the first CRM guide for the industry, bringing together those suppliers that deliver what for most agents is the most important foundational part of the tech stack in their businesses. Get your CRM wrong and your tech stack quickly becomes an unstable Jenga pile.
“For the first time we’ve also compiled the first CRM market share stats, and believe me this is harder than you’d think given the famously secretive nature of suppliers willing to be open about their client bases. So we approached every major CRM and gave them the chance to give us a validated number in terms of number of offices using their system and if not we gave them the chance to confirm our estimate.
“The guide also gives best practice advice for what to do if you’re looking for a new CRM, overviews of the main players at the moment with links to reviews from their clients and in many cases exclusive deals, and of course the voice from some agents as well highlighting their advice on their own CRM’s and their best features, their frustrations and what would they do differently if they were to choose again.”
