Taking top spot in Ealing is The Lock at Greenford Quay. The 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes at The Lock offer carefully designed spaces. Additionally, there is plenty of natural light through floor to ceiling windows with views of the canal and beyond. Greenford Quay offers everything you need to make the most of London, combining peace and quiet, with fun and accessibility. Central London, with its choice of live venues, clubs, cinemas and theatres is just 30 minutes away.
At number 2, The Green Quarter is considered one of the most significant regeneration projects in the UK and is set to become one of its most biodiverse urban developments. It will have a transforming landscape with wetlands, parks, community areas and acres of green open spaces. The development offers a selection of suites as well as one, two and three-bedroom apartments. In addition, the Crossrail Station is just a short stroll away for those commuting into Central London. Likewise, Heathrow Airport, the M4 and M25 are also within close proximity.
In third is Atrium Point, a rental development by Network Homes. Situated on Sudbury Hill in the former ‘Kellogg Tower’ building, it was originally constructed as the headquarters for IBM (and known as ‘The Big Blue’ in the 1960s).
Fourth place in Ealing is taken by Tillermans at Greenford Quay, by Greystar. With 379 rental-only residential units, the development is located between Greenford, Sudbury Hill and Sudbury Hill Harrow stations, which have connections to the Piccadilly and Central lines as well as Chiltern Railways and GWR services.
Taking middle position on our list is The Rehearsal Rooms, a rental-only development managed by Savills in West London, right next door to North Acton Station. There are 173 units here, which range from one to three-bedroom apartments. The building overlooks Victoria Road and is next to Acton Cemetery.
In 6th, Acton Gardens is located in Acton, with Chiswick and Gunnersbury on its doorstep. In addition, the development benefits from being only a 2-minute walk from Acton Town Station. This provides access to the Piccadilly and District lines. Also, it is just 10 minutes from the popular Gunnersbury Park.
Next up, One West Point is a collection of new build apartments located in Acton. ONce fully complete, the development will provide 24 hour concierge, a private dining suite, private bar, restaurant and food hall, branded coffee shop, a yoga mediation and holistic suite, a fully equipped gymnasium, a private screening room, doggy day care facilities and a children’s soft play retreat.
Taking eighth place, Acton Square is a Bellway Homes mixed-use development located in Ealing. It comprises 95 apartments, ranging from studios to three bedrooms. Residents benefit from allocated parking and from being situated near Acton Town centre, just a mile away, and four tube stations within walking distance.
In 9th, Chiswick Point by Bellway Homes is mixed-use development scheme which consists of 125 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments. The development is next to the Gunnersbury Triangle Local Nature Reserve and only a three-minute walk away from Chiswick Park Station, which has connections to the District Line.
The final spot on our list curently goes to Vida, a residential development in the heart of Acton. Developed by Hill Residential, apartments here vary from one to two bedrooms, and include a selection of two-bedroom duplex apartments and three-bedroom maisonettes. Nearby transport links included National Rail services at Acton Central and the tube at East Acton Underground.
