Gwyn Gittins rejoins Spicerhaart

Spicerhaart’s former managing director, Gwyn Gittins, has returned to the business in the new role of performance director.
This marks a significant moment for Spicerhaart, who are now gearing up to create 173 new jobs in the estate agency side of the business with Gittins looking to play a large role in their upcoming expansion.
Gittins, who spent over 20 years at Spicerhaart, is ready to hit the ground running: “This feels like coming home. I’ve always had unfinished business here, and now I have the perfect platform to make an impact. I love a challenge, and I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and help take this business to the next level.”
With a brand-new structure designed to push boundaries and maximise performance, Spicerhaart says its estate agency business is entering an “exciting new era”. This new model is creating 173 new jobs in estate agency, with an additional 63 in the lettings business.
Joint CEO Antony Lark said: “Having Gwyn back is a huge win for us. His expertise, drive, and leadership will be crucial as we ramp up our expansion. The Performance Director role is set to be a game-changer, and I can’t wait to see the results.”
“Spicerhaart is on a mission to redefine success in the estate agency world, and now is the time to be part of it”.
