eXp UK agents offered access to Goodlord platform

eXp UK has struck an agreement that offers self-employed agents signed up to its brand access to the Goodlord platform.

Goodlord, which has a client portfolio of over 1,500 agency brands, and a tech offering that has seen investment to the tune of £54m., provides agents with an efficient way to manage the lettings process, automating the drafting and signing tenancy agreements, referencing and Right to rent Checks.

Goodlord also includes a range of features, such as open banking and HMRC integration, allowing agents to manage all of their properties in one place, whilst also ensuring they remain water tight from a compliance perspective.
